Avraham Bahry

Avraham BahriDirector and Chairman of HOMI since December 2004

Mr Bahry was born in 1945, and first distinguished himself serving in an elite Parachute Regiment in the 1960’s.

In 1973, he became one of the founders of Mul-T-Lock Ltd., an Israeli corporation. Under Mr. Bahry’s guidance, the concern grew into a multi-national holding company; designing and manufacturing highly innovative and sophisticated products and services for the protection of life and property. Mr Bahry sold Mul-T-Lock Ltd. in 1999 to a Swedish multi-national company.

He currently divides his time serving as Chairman of the Board for a number of companies, and acting as a business consultant. Along with his three children, Mr Bahry deals in venture capital and investment opportunities within the financial sector, and real estate; directly and through corporations under his control.

Jack Ronnel

A graduate in 1981 with Honors, from the Lausanne Hotel School, Switzerland; world leader in hospitality management education.

For several years Jack broadened his knowledge of the Hospitality Industry through a range of demanding management positions held at top Hotel chains in both the USA and Israel.

Jack’s natural talent for communication and sharp negotiating skills led him to expand his management capabilities to running companies in various industries in Israel, USA and the UK. He quickly moved up the corporate ladder to serve as Director for a number of private and public companies.

As one of the founders of HOMI (previously, Bartech Mediterranean Ltd. incorporated in 1997), Jack utilizes his expertise within a wide range of activities that make HOMI the success it is today. He enjoys various aspects of the business including financing, providing a quality service, maintaining a close association within the hotel industry, and the rewards and challenges of outsourcing.

“HOMI is a challenging new business enterprise in an environment I know well. It gives me the ability to help develop an entirely new and exciting niche in the industry, based on a superior solution to some long standing problems facing the hotel industry”.

Jack is also a family man, dividing his time between a dynamic career and his wife and two girls.

Ariel Almog

Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Schiller Int'l University in Paris.

Ariel first started as sales executive for Micros Fidelio in France; world leaders in technologies dedicated to the hotel trade. He developed a comprehensive understanding of supply and solutions management, as supported by software, hardware and service oriented business professionals.

He enjoyed a stint running a highly successful restaurant franchise, until coming on board as the Director of HOMI South Africa (Pty) Ltd. (formerly known as Batim Bartech founded in 1999). Today, Ariel is a highly respected member of our executive team, skillfully executing his responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer of the HOMI group. He is one of the Founders of HOMI (previously, Bartech Mediterranean Ltd. incorporated in 1997).

Ariel enjoys many vigorous sports and hobbies, and is married with 3 boys.

Linor Labandter

A CPA, holding a B.A. degree in Accounting and an LL.B Law degree from Tel Aviv University.

Having joined the HOMI team as CFO in May 2007, Linor brings with her an impressive range of high level financial expertise and hands-on management skills including; managing international financial interests, specializing in Investment Analysis, Capital Acquisition, complex Tax issues, Budget and Cash Flow planning and legal and financial advice for a diverse array of transactions.

Linor also has an extensive background in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Valuations and Business Plans, and as an Auditor, her responsibilities included accompanying prospectuses and the capital raising process in Israel and abroad.

Prior to HOMI, Linor served as a controller at Carmel Ventures, one of Israel’s leading venture capital firms, and has also worked as an Advisor for the Corporate Finance Department at the global cooperative giant KPMG and as Senior Auditor for their Somekh Chaikin, corporate governance division.

Daniel Cohen

Graduating from Lausanne Hotel Management School (Switzerland) in 1981, Mr. Cohen worked in hotel management in France, and then moved on to spearhead the pioneering efforts being made in computerizing hotels and restaurants in France, within a startup environment.

Mr. Cohen then created a number of highly successful businesses including AAS (Advanced Accounting Systems) and subsequently DAC Systemes (exclusive distributors for Micros Systems - world leaders in hospitality management), and eventually selling at an impressive profit to Micros in 1995.

Mr. Cohen then invested in Bartech Systems. During Mr. Cohen tenure as president & CEO Bartech grew from $3M to more than $15M, with clients in 35 countries. Mr. Cohen successfully closed 3 private placements for Bartech.

In 2005, Mr. Cohen left Bartech and attended an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, a leading MBA institution.

He has since been working in venture capital and financial management for high profile commercial land development projects in the United States. Mr. Cohen is a director of several small companies. From 1991 to 2000 ($40m to $300m), he was a director a Micros Systems inc, like HOMI, a NASDAQ listed company.

William N. Buckley

B.S Business Management, SUNY Buffalo, A.A.S Electrical Technology, E.C.C. Williamsville, N.Y., and special studies in Financial Management, I.T.W. Institute, and Managing Next Generation Manufacturing Technology, Cornell University.

With forty-plus years experience in the electronics industry, including 22 years as Corporate Vice President with operations and manufacturing responsibilities, Bill Buckley is well qualified to manage the development and manufacture of the HOMI® 336; a true breakthrough in minibar technology.

He commands a deep knowledge in many vital product areas that influence HOMI® 336 operations including consumer, security systems, computer/data and hospitality- point of sale, and automatic minibars. In addition, he has a firm grasp of Asian manufacturing processes, and purchasing in the Far East.

His areas of expertise include financial management, budgetary control, vendor contract negotiations, purchasing, personnel management, product design review, design transfer to manufacturing, industrial engineering, MRP, inventory management, volume and job shop production, quality assurance, product regulatory approval and post sales service.

Bill Buckley resides in the USA with his wife and child, and remains a strategic collaborator on many cutting-edge R&D projects worldwide.

Eyal Artsiely

Eyal ArtsielyCTO

Eyal Artsiely is an inventor with over 50 international patents issued for his inventions, and specializes in mechanical products development.

Since 2005 - Eyal is a self employed product developer, involved in the development of medical equipment, firearms, automotive systems, locking systems and more.

Prior to that, Eyal served as VP R&D in Rav-Bariach, a market-leader in security doors.
