July 2008 - HOMI® 336at Marriott Courtyard
HOMI has announced the installation of its HOMI® 336 Computerized Minibar System at the Marriott Courtyard New York Manhattan/Upper East Side Hotel which has chosen the novel HOMI® 336 as their minibar solution.
The Marriott Courtyard hotel is a part of the Marriott hotel chain, with 226 rooms for NYC business, weekend getaways & group tours. The hotel is located in Yorkville, seen as a vibrant NYC residential neighborhood, and considered particularly convenient for Midtown Manhattan attractions & business, Columbia University, Broadway theaters & downtown NYC financial district.
June 2008 - HOMI® 336 at Mama Shelter Hotel in Paris
HOMI has announced the signing of an agreement with a unique-concept hotel in Paris, the Mama Shelter Hotel.
Mama Shelter is a new concept inspired by the “boutique hotel” or ‘urban hotel movement’ phenomena, which enjoys the professional line-up of Mr. Serge Trigano, former president of Club Med., the French designer Philippe Starck, who is head of interior design, and the famous Parisian architect Roland Castro, who is responsible for the concept.
Pursuant to the agreement between HOMI and Mama Shelter, HOMI will service all 172 rooms with its proprietary HOMI® 330 Computerized Minibar System. The HOMI 330® Computerized Minibar System is a smaller version of the HOMI® 336, already used in several upscale hotels.
The Mama Shelter Hotel is scheduled to open in September 2008.
May 2008 - HOMI® 336 at Dan Hotels
HOMI has announced the signing of a complete outsourcing agreement with another major upscale hotel in Israel, with the novel HOMI® 336 Computerized Minibar System.
This is the second hotel in the Dan Hotels chain to sign up for HOMI's outsource operation program, this time for the proprietary HOMI® 336 Computerized Minibar System, as its minibar solution. The Dan Panorama Tel-Aviv Hotel, is an upscale hotel managed by the Dan Hotels Group and is one of the largest Business and Leisure Hotels in Israel, with 482 renovated, modern rooms, situated on the Tel-Aviv coast.
The Dan Hotels is the longest established, most prestigious and largest hotel chain in Israel, owning and operating 13 hotels throughout the country.
February 2008 - HOMI® 336 at Marriott
HOMI has announced the signing of an agreement with another major upscale hotel in Israel. The Renaissance Tel-Aviv Hotel, which is a 5-star Marriott Group hotel, situated on the shore of Tel-Aviv, has chosen the novel HOMI® 336 Computerized Minibar System as its minibar solution.
January 2008 - HOMI® 336 at Sheraton
The first major installation of the novel HOMI® 336 Computerized Minibar has been successfully performed, at the Sheraton Moriah Hotel in Tel-Aviv. The Sheraton Moriah, a Starwood Hotel, is an upscale Business and Leisure Hotel located on Tel-Aviv’s beachfront.
January 2008 - Daniel Cohen
HOMI has named Daniel Cohen as Senior Sales & Marketing Consultant. Daniel Cohen, a Graduate of Lausanne Hotel Management School in Switzerland, is widely considered to be a pioneer in the field of computerizing hotels and restaurants.
Mr. Cohen served as president & CEO of Bartech Systems International, Inc. ("Bartech") between 1997 and 2005, and increased Bartech’s global presence, while introducing the hotel sector to what was, at the time, a new product.
February 2006 - The new Hilton Sydney
HOMI signed a long term Outsourcing Agreement with the new Hilton Sydney. HOMI will install and operate 577 Bartech automatic minibars and 577 computerized baskets / trays.
The new Hilton Sydney opened its doors following a 2.5 years $200 million makeover.
September 2005 - David Citadel Hotel Jerusalem
HOMI took over the management of the 384 automatic minibars at the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem (former Hilton).
The David Citadel is Jerusalem's newest and probably most luxurious 5-star hotel.
June 2005 - Radisson SAS Golden Sands
HOMI signed a new Outsourcing Agreement with the Radisson SAS Golden Sands Resort & Spa. The hotel is scheduled to open during October 2005. HOMI will install and manage 249 Bartech automatic minibars.
The Radisson SAS Golden Sands is the most exclusive 5-star resort in Malta.
April 2005 - ArabellaSheraton Bogenhausen Munich
HOMI is extending the management services at the ArabellaSheraton Bogenhausen in Munich. In addition to the 130 Bartech automatic minibars in the refurbished rooms, HOMI is actually operating 200 manual minibars and very soon will start operating the 2nd stage of refurbished rooms.
March 2005 - Le Meridien Malta
HOMI signs its first Le Meridien Outsourcing Agreement.
Le Meridien St Julian, Malta, is a new 5-star hotel, with 280 rooms, to open in March 2006. The Hotel is situated at the heart of the beautiful St. Julians Promenade, on the waterfront.
January 2005 - Hyatt Regency Boston
HOMI signed a new Outsourcing Agreement with the four star Hyatt Regency Boston.
With 500 rooms, the Hyatt Regency Boston is the perfect location for conducting business or enjoying the sights of the city. The Hotel is situated in the center of Downtown Crossing, the city's premier dining and shopping district, and is located just steps from the Financial District, Boston Common, the Theatre District, Newbury Street, and Faneuil Hall. To experience all that the city has to offer, stay at the most ideally located of downtown Boston hotels.
January 2005 - Renaissance Mayflower Hotel Washington DC
The Renaissance Mayflower Hotel Washington DC is now installed and HOMI USA, Inc. started the Outsource operation.
With 660 rooms, the Mayflower is Washington, DC's largest luxury hotel. This national landmark hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America and is located in the heart of Washington's business district.
November 2004 - Radisson SAS Malta Bay Point Resort
HOMI signed a new Outsourcing Agreement with the 5-star Radisson SAS Malta Bay Point Resort. With 252 rooms, the Radisson is a leading luxury hotel in Malta. We will install and start operating the Radisson Malta in January-February 2005.
This hotel is Eco-Certified. The Eco-Certification scheme, introduced in 2002 to mark the UN year of Eco-Tourism, is based on environmental criteria set by the Malta Tourism Authority. It is awarded to accommodation establishments that pass an annual environmental audit. The environmental criteria are based on a Eurpoean model developed in Spain.
October 2004 - Renaissance Mayflower Hotel Washington DC
HOMI USA, Inc. signed a new Outsourcing Agreement with the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC.
With 660 rooms, the Mayflower is Washington, DC's largest luxury hotel. This national landmark hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America and is located in the heart of Washington's business district. We expect to install and start operating before the end of 2004.
June 2004 - ArabellaSheraton Grand Munich
HOMI (Deutschland) GmbH (a subsidiary of HOMI Europe SARL) has signed an Outsourcing Agreement to take over the management of the minibar department. The Outsource Operation of the Grand started in June 2004.
The ArabellaSheraton Grand Munich is a 5-star superior luxury hotel. The Grand has already a Bartech system installed (643 automatic minibars).
June 2004 - Sheraton Diana Majestic Milano - Special Project -
HOMI Italy and the Diana will closely cooperate in order to develop an innovative concept for the minibars (visit "Press Releases - Special Projects" on our website). Starting from September 2004, HOMI Italy will install 106 Bartech automatic minibars and operate them.
The Diana Sheraton is a very trendy upscale Hotel in Milano.
March 2004 - ArabellaSheraton Bogenhausen Munich
Hotel Outsource Management International (Deutschland) GmbH (a subsidiary of HOMI Europe SARL) has installed and started to operate Bartech automatic minibars in the newly renovated 130 rooms at the ArabellaSheraton Bogenhausen Hotel in Munich, under a long-term Outsource Operation program for the minibar department.
A spacious hotel with international flair, the ArabellaSheraton Bogenhausen Hotel features 468 guest rooms and suites and a separate conference center. The Hotel is planning to continue the renovation of the remaining rooms.
February 2004 - Grand Hyatt Seattle
Hotel Outsource Services, Inc. (a subsidiary of HOMI), has installed and started to operate 425 Bartech automatic minibars at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, under a long-term Outsource Operation program for the minibar department.
The Grand Hyatt is a luxury hotel, located in downtown Seattle.
